This "preferred sponsor" will have high visibility, identifying the company as the sole sponsor of the exhibitor cocktail.


An exclusive offer :

The sponsor's logo will appear in the cocktail reception room and on the evening's invitation cards.
The sponsor will receive 500 full show passes and 40 cocktail invitations.
The "preferred sponsor" will be specifically thanked during the evening.
It will be authorized to distribute, if it so wishes, a corporate present to all cocktail invitees.

An eye-catching presence on GEPAR EXPO's PR and advertising material :
Each "preferred sponsor" will receive a full-page profile in the "preferred sponsor" section of the event web site and the press kit.

The colour logo of each of the 3 "preferred sponsors" will appear on :
• the event posters
• the event flyer sent out in March 2007
• the seminar programme
• the visitor guide
• the exhibitor catalogue
• the sponsor acknowledgement signs in the event's reception zone
• the newsletter, to be sent out regularly from February to June 2007.

The sponsor's logo will feature on all the exhibition zone buffets used for each day's coffee breaks over the 3-day event.
The sponsor will be able to provide paper napkins with its name and logo.
The sponsor will also receive 500 show passes. Its logo will feature on the buffet signage.
